When Quick still hadn’t whelped another puppy at 9:30 P.M. the vet said to bring her in. X-rays showed four more pups and it was decided that the best option was a c-section. Around midnight we learned there were five more puppies. We finally got home around 3:00 A.M. on the 25th.
Regretfully we lost the second puppy, a male, later on the 25th leaving us with six males and three females.
Quick doesn’t have enough milk for nine puppies so we are having to help out by bottle feeding.
